Shipping

We are proud to ship throughout the US and Canada. We offer both standard and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours unless the product is pre-ordered. Expedited orders are always prioritized. Ship dates for Pre-Orders vary. If your order contains 1 or more item that is a pre-order, your order will be shipped once all pre-order items in your order are ready to ship.

Carrier Disputes

In the case that a shipment has failed to be delivered, was delivered to an incorrect address, or is being held at a carrier unit, the customer must contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to resolve the matter. Healing The Source is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Healing The Source cannot be held responsible for any customs, duties and taxes from importing our products. We encourage you to contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

Returns
